Dial It does not automatically read all SMS messages on your device. SMS tracking works only when you choose to share selected message text with Dial It through supported automation or app features.
When enabled, Dial It uses the information you choose to share to help show transaction history and related account information in the app. We use this information only to provide and improve Dial It features.
You can disable SMS tracking at any time by turning off the related automation, permission, or app setting on your device.

Dial It uses Firebase and related Google services to operate parts of the app, including analytics, messaging, and configuration. These services may process information such as identifiers, analytics events, notification tokens, and configuration data on our behalf. We require service providers that process user information for Dial It to protect that information consistently with this Privacy Policy.

Dial It asks for Contacts permission only when a feature needs it, such as choosing a recipient or matching a phone number to a contact name. Contacts are used for these in-app features, and you can grant, deny, or revoke Contacts access in your device settings.
Dial It may also request notification permission so it can send app updates or transaction-related notifications. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.
Some Dial It data is stored locally on your device. Some data is synced to cloud services so the app can provide history, optional SMS tracking, analytics, notifications, service improvements, and app continuity.
