Dial It Terms of Service

Last Updated: 2026-07-23

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Dial It, including the Dial It mobile application, related app pages, and supporting services we make available for the product.

Dial It is provided by ABC TECH LTD. By downloading, accessing, or using Dial It, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Dial It Is

Dial It is a utility and companion app designed to help users interact more easily with supported USSD, mobile money, transaction history, merchant, SMS-tracking, and insight features.

Dial It is not a bank, telecom operator, licensed money transfer service, merchant acquirer, or payment network. Dial It does not itself hold your funds, execute settlement, or control the outcome of transactions processed by your carrier, mobile money provider, bank, device platform, or other third parties.

3. Eligibility and Use

You may use Dial It only if you are legally permitted to use the app and any underlying telecom, mobile money, banking, platform, or device services involved in a given feature.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate inputs such as phone numbers, amounts, merchant codes, and saved shortcuts;
  • reviewing actions before you confirm them through your carrier or payment provider flows;
  • keeping your device, phone number, SIM, and app access reasonably secure; and
  • using Dial It in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party service terms.

4. No Financial, Legal, or Professional Advice

Dial It may display transaction summaries, spending insights, merchant information, fee estimates, optimization suggestions, or similar outputs. These are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

Dial It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal, investment, or other professional advice. You should independently verify important details before acting on them.

5. Transaction and Fee Disclaimers

Transaction flows initiated from Dial It depend on third-party systems, including telecom carriers, mobile money providers, banks, device operating systems, app platforms, Shortcuts or automation tooling, and cloud infrastructure.

Because of that, we do not guarantee:

  • that a USSD action, transfer, payment, or airtime flow will complete successfully;
  • that balances, fees, merchant details, or SMS-derived records will always be complete, current, or error-free;
  • that transaction classifications, statement metadata, or insights will always match your provider’s official records; or
  • that any estimated savings, fee comparisons, or optimization outputs will produce a specific result.

You remain responsible for confirming the details and outcome of your transactions with the relevant provider. Official records from your carrier, mobile money provider, bank, or merchant control in the event of a discrepancy.

6. SMS, Contacts, Camera, Notifications, and Device Features

Some Dial It features rely on permissions or device capabilities such as contacts, notifications, camera access, or user-configured SMS automation. These features may be optional, limited by platform rules, or unavailable on certain devices, regions, operating systems, carriers, or app versions.

You are responsible for any actions you enable through your device, including automation flows, saved shortcuts, and permission-based features.

7. Availability and Changes

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time, including features related to supported carriers, merchant tools, SMS tracking, statement generation, notification flows, insights, or optimization logic.

We do not guarantee that Dial It, or any particular feature, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs or delays.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use Dial It to:

  • break the law, violate third-party rights, or use the app for fraud or deception;
  • interfere with, probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service except where such restrictions are not permitted by law;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure connected to Dial It;
  • misuse reporting, support, merchant, or SMS-related features in bad faith; or
  • use Dial It in a way that could harm other users, our systems, or third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

Dial It, including its software, design, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to ABC TECH LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Dial It for its intended personal or internal business use.

10. Third-Party Services

Dial It may rely on or link to third-party services, including app stores, telecom operators, mobile money providers, banks, analytics services, cloud services, email services, or social platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to Dial It if we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, reduce security risk, or respond to operational issues.

You may stop using Dial It at any time. Termination or deletion of the app does not automatically reverse actions already taken through third-party services.

12. Disclaimers

Dial It is provided on an "as is" and "as available"basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Except where the law does not allow a disclaimer, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABC TECH LTD and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or funds arising from or related to your use of Dial It.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to Dial It will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, or USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Last Updated date above. Your continued use of Dial It after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
